UniVidHub is a unified video search platform that allows you to search for videos across multiple platforms including YouTube, Vimeo, and Dailymotion.

UniVidHub provides a search aggregation service that allows users to search for video content across multiple platforms. We do not host, store, or create the video content. All video content is provided by third-party platforms and is subject to their respective terms of service.

  • We display advertisements through Google AdSense to support the free service

Our Service includes an optional AI-powered video summary feature that generates summaries based on video titles and descriptions using artificial intelligence technology (Groq's Llama 3.3 model). By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Informational Purpose Only: AI-generated summaries are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as accurate or complete representations of video content.
  • No Guarantee of Accuracy: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or quality of AI-generated summaries. The summaries may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.
  • Not Professional Advice: AI summaries do not constitute professional, legal, medical, financial, or any other type of advice. Always verify important information from the original video source.
  • User Discretion: You use AI-generated summaries at your own risk. We are not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.
  • Optional Feature: The AI summary feature is optional and user-initiated. You are not required to use it and can access video content directly without using AI summaries.
  • Third-Party AI Service: AI summaries are generated using third-party AI technology (Groq). We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or output of the AI service.
  • No Personal Data: Only video titles and descriptions (public information) are sent to the AI service. No personal information or viewing history is used for AI processing.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNIVIDHUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
  • Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Service
  • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless UniVidHub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
